Agent invoices, GBLs and inventories arrive and somebody reads each one and keys the values in. DirectDPS does the reading: the values arrive already extracted, beside the document they came from, with anything that failed a check flagged. Your coordinator approves rather than retypes, and nothing reaches your CRM until one of your people says so.

We are a technology provider. The customer relationship, what you charge, and the obligations that come with a move stay with you. DirectDPS makes the calls and reads the documents at your direction and in your name, and what comes back is yours to act on.
That is deliberate. You are paying for the technology and not for a services layer around it, which is what keeps it affordable.

I was sent a link. What happens when I open it?
You see the services your DirectDPS representative has set up for you and what they cost, read each document, and confirm you are authorised to accept for your company. There is nothing to sign by hand and no account or password to create. A complete copy is emailed to you immediately afterwards.
My link expired.
Links are valid for a limited time and can only be used once. Reply to the invitation email, or write to team@directdps.ai, and we will send a new one.
Am I locked in?
No - month-to-month, cancel with 60 days’ notice.
Where do I get a copy of what I accepted?
It is emailed to you the moment you accept, with every document in one PDF. Keep that email - it is your copy of record. We can always send it again.
